15 minute call to explore fit and next stepsI work with adults navigating relational anxiety, attachment wounds, and the identity shifts that come with big life changes. Together, we work at a deeper level, so you can feel steadier, more connected, and more like yourself.
Who I work with
My Approach
My work is depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and relational. I help clients explore the roots of anxiety, attachment patterns, and the beliefs that shape how they move through life
When it's helpful, I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches, so our work can hold both deeper emotional processing and practical support for daily life, relationships, boundaries, and nervous-system regulation.
“Roz Hedayatian is a wonderful therapist. She has a gift for deeply listening and compassionately responding to her clients, authentically and skillfully. She excels at collaborating with her clients to create a warm, comforting, and calming environment.”
— Dr. Melissa Gentry
Curious and collaborative. We identify the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped how you move through life and continue to show up in your relationships and day-to-day life.
Depth-oriented, with EMDR and somatic work when helpful. I draw from depth psychology, EMDR, and somatic awareness to help connect past experiences with present challenges, not to keep you stuck in the past, but to loosen its hold.
Reflective, relational sessions. Therapy with me is thoughtful and attuned. I pay attention to what happens between us, how your body responds, and what feels difficult, unfamiliar, or important, so we can better understand the parts of you that may have been pushed aside.
How I work
The aim is relief you can feel now and change that lasts, by working with the roots, not just the surface.
My Background
My training allows me to work with the roots of anxiety, trauma, and relational patterns, not just the surface. Across psychodynamic, trauma-informed, EMDR, and somatic approaches, I've built a way of working that's both deep and practical, and I draw on what fits each person rather than one fixed method.

To provide a truly integrative experience, I have pursued advanced training in several evidence-based and depth-oriented modalities. This allows us to tailor our work to what your system actually needs—whether that is structured processing or deep, relational exploration.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Completed Parts 1 & 2 of EMDRIA-approved training through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. This specialized approach helps process traumatic memories and "stuck" patterns that talk therapy alone often cannot reach.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Integration: Trained through Fluence in the clinical integration of KAP. I support clients in preparing for and processing psychedelic experiences to foster long-term neurological and emotional shifts.
Psychodynamic & Relational Depth: Advanced training through intensive clinical mentorship, focusing on the unconscious processes, attachment styles, and the "here-and-now" of the therapeutic relationship.
Evidence-Based Behavioral Frameworks: DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and CBASP (Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy). These tools provide the structural "scaffolding" for emotional regulation and interpersonal effectivenes
I keep training and learning because this work matters to me and because the people I sit with deserve a therapist who stays curious and current.
In a world that prizes quick fixes and "hacks," it's easy to treat distress as a problem to be managed. But when we only focus on the surface, we miss the roots. My work helps you understand the patterns beneath the anxiety, so change is more likely to take hold and last, rather than resurfacing
I believe mental health is wealth, not just a slogan, because I've seen how emotional well-being shapes everything: our relationships, our purpose, our ability to be present. That's why this work matters to me, and why I bring compassion and steadiness to every part of it.
True healing begins beneath the surface.
