I offer virtual therapy across California through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your home or office. I also have limited in-person availability in Los Angeles, with office space options in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Encino, and Sherman Oaks.

Our first session builds on what we touched on during the consultation. We'll explore what led you to seek therapy now, what you’re hoping to work through, and what you’d like to gain from this process. It’s a collaborative space to clarify your goals, share relevant history, and begin identifying the patterns or challenges that feel most pressing.
You don’t need to prepare anything in particular; just come as you are. This session is about starting the process with clarity, curiosity, and a sense of support.

Most clients begin with weekly, 50-minute sessions. This consistency allows us to build momentum, deepen insight, and create lasting change. Over time, the frequency may shift depending on your goals, needs, and where you are in your process. We'll collaborate on what feels most supportive for you as therapy progresses.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes and typically held once per week. However, I also offer extended sessions (75–90 minutes) for clients who want to dive deeper or are doing EMDR or intensive work. Longer sessions can be helpful when you're processing trauma, navigating a crisis, or looking to make significant progress in a shorter time frame. We can discuss what format best suits your needs.
-
The standard fee for a 50-minute individual session is $200.
I also offer extended sessions (75–90 minutes) at a prorated rate for those seeking deeper work or intensive modalities like EMDR.
Group therapy rates range from $60–$80 per session, depending on the group’s format and length.
Sliding scale spots are available for those with financial need. I believe therapy should be accessible and am happy to discuss options if cost is a concern.

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. This is an intentional choice that allows me to practice in a way that aligns with how I understand therapy and change.
My approach is depth-oriented and focuses on understanding the full context of your experience, not just treating symptoms in isolation. Many insurance-based models are structured around diagnosis and medical necessity, which often require therapy to focus on reducing specific symptoms tied to that diagnosis.
While that model can be helpful in certain situations, it doesn’t always support the kind of deeper, exploratory work that looks at underlying patterns, past experiences, identity, and the broader emotional landscape that shapes how you move through life.
Insurance may also place limits on the frequency or duration of sessions and require clinical documentation that aligns with their criteria, which can influence the direction and pace of treatment.
By working outside of insurance, we have more flexibility to focus on the whole person, at your pace, in a way that supports deeper understanding, integration, and lasting change. It also allows greater discretion in how your information is documented, without the same reporting requirements as insurance.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

To honor both of our time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed without notice — are subject to the full session fee. However, if I have availability within the same week, I may be able to offer an alternate time to reschedule. In that case, the original session fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible when possible — consistent communication helps us maintain the momentum of our work.

Finding the right therapist is a personal and important decision. That’s why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, giving us a chance to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and gauge whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, the first session is where we begin exploring your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy. But you’re never locked in — therapy is for you, and you’re always free to pause or stop at any time.
If, for any reason, it doesn’t feel like the right match, I’m happy to offer referrals or support you in finding someone who might be a better fit for your needs.
