FAQ
-
What is depth-oriented psychotherapy?
Depth-oriented therapy explores the root causes of emotional struggles, rather than just managing symptoms. It helps uncover unconscious patterns, childhood influences, and internal conflicts that may be holding you back — so you can live with more clarity, confidence, and alignment.
-
What is EMDR, and how can it help me?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy for trauma and distressing memories. It helps the brain reprocess painful experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming. I integrate EMDR with talk therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system work for a holistic approach to healing.
-
Do you offer therapy for anxiety and burnout?
Yes. I work with individuals experiencing high-functioning anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout — often driven by perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling “stuck.” Together, we explore what’s underneath the surface and build tools for grounded, sustainable change.
-
Can therapy help me if I don’t know exactly what’s wrong?
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, or unsure of what they need — just knowing that something doesn’t feel right. Therapy is a space to get curious, explore your inner world, and gain insight into what’s keeping you stuck.
-
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
I offer the standard 50-minute weekly sessions, which are ideal for consistent support, processing, and ongoing growth.
For clients seeking deeper work or more space to explore complex issues, I also offer 90-minute intensives. These extended sessions are designed for focused, immersive therapy — especially helpful for EMDR, trauma processing, identity exploration, or navigating big transitions.
Whether you prefer a steady rhythm or occasional deep dives, we’ll collaborate to find the session structure that best supports your goals.
-
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. Many clients find that therapy is an investment in long-term well-being.

Where do you offer therapy?
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, offering virtual therapy to clients anywhere in the state. Sessions are held securely online, making it easier to access support that fits your lifestyle.
